After you've decided which service to book, click the appointment link (bottom of page) to redirect you to our booking site. Select the stylist of your choice, service, day & time, and follow booking prompts to secure your appointment.

If you are looking to get something completely new or you're a new guest, please contact your stylist so they can be prepared for your service. You can do this by filling out a contact form from the drop down menu. 

Please contact your stylist if you have any questions or issues with your service time. We also advise you to check out our FAQ below to better prepare you for your service.

We understand things happen! If you are running late or cannot make your appointment, please contact your stylist. Also note, you will be considered a no-show 15 minutes after your appointment starts if you haven't contacted your stylist. This could lead to late-fees! Read full policy on our booking site. No problem! If you need to reschedule, you can do so from your booking confirmation email. Also, feel free to contact your stylist, fill out a contact form, or call us. We will be happy to help get you another appointment, we just ask that you do so at least 24 hours before your appointment time our it could lead to a late reschedule fee! All prices are subject to change and vary depending on each individual stylist, product usage, and extent of labor.

We know that you love sharing your experience with friends and family! However, we are working in a small studio space with limited seating so we ask that you make other arrangements for kids, spouses, family & friends unless they are also receiving a service.

If you are not satisfied with your service, please contact your stylist directly within 3 business days of the given service. We are happy to work with you to ensure your satisfaction, however, each stylist is an individual business owner renting workspace from INTRICID. Thus, it is at the discretion of your stylist if a redo is applicable.

We do not offer refund on color services.
